It’s mid-afternoon, and you’re hitting a slump! Happens to all of us at one time or another. Just don’t reach for the candybar, hot chocolate, coffee, or cinnamon buns in the break room! If you’re feeling tired in the afternoon, try this tip. Prepare a nice, cold glass of water. Drop a lemon or lime slice in too! Drink the water, and then see if you feel that energy coming back. Sometimes a lagging feeling is just due to dehydration! It’s important to start recognizing your low energy periods, and think of healthy ways to improve how you feel.
